Operation: How do you replace the EGR valve of the BMW 3 Series?

In order to replace the EGR valve of the BMW 3 Series, you need to open the hood so that you can access the components located inside the engine compartment: the EGR valve will be located right behind the engine block, at the exhaust manifold. To remove it from its housing, you will need to disconnect the various hoses, loosening the corresponding screws and then also disconnecting all the connectors related to the sensors. Once the valve has been removed, you can install the new one by connecting it properly and verifying that it functions correctly.
