How do you remove the instrument cluster on a Chevrolet Captiva? Follow these steps for disassembly: use a screwdriver to unscrew the screws located in the plastic trim of the steering wheel and remove the frame from the instrument cluster. Unscrew the retaining screws of the instrument cluster; after removing the screws, pull the piece out from the dashboard and disconnect the power cable located at the back of the instrument cluster. Fit a new piece or replace the LEDs/bulbs in the cluster and reassemble it. Finally, reverse the assembly steps.
