How to remove the ignition switch on a Chevrolet Aveo? Follow these steps: before removing the ignition switch, disconnect the battery power cables. After unscrewing the fastening screws of the side and lower cover of the steering wheel (using a socket or screwdriver): remove the fastening pin of the ignition switch from the side (as shown in the video). Once the lock is removed, replace it with a new one and refit all the previously removed parts (work in reverse order during reassembly).
