The procedure to reset the engine oil change light on a Chevrolet Silverado is quite simple. Just follow these instructions closely, and you will complete the task without any issues.

First, turn on the vehicle's ignition without starting the engine. Using the turn signal buttons (located on the right side of the steering wheel), navigate through the onboard computer menu until you find the option for the oil life remaining.

At this point, press and hold the "OK" button and release it as soon as the displayed value changes to "100%".
