How to Reset the Oil Life on Chevrolet Trax

In this tutorial, you will see how to reset the maintenance light on a Chevrolet Trax. First, change the engine oil; after the DIY maintenance, get in the vehicle, insert the key, and turn on the ignition. Press the MENU button located on the control lever to the left of the steering wheel; use the arrow button to scroll through the menu until you find the oil percentage remaining. At this point, press and hold the SET button on the control lever until the reset is complete. This will restore the oil life to 100%.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after.
