To correctly reset the engine oil light of your Chevrolet Trax, simply follow these easy steps. First, enter the cabin and reach the driver's seat.

Now, turn on the ignition and press the "Menu" button located on the left stalk of the steering wheel. Next, scroll through the menu and find the "oil life remaining" option.

Then, press and hold the "Set/CLR" button and release it when the display asks if you want to proceed with the reset of the light in question. Select "Yes" and you are done.
