Replacing the key battery of a Chevrolet Cruze is a very simple and quick operation to be carried out independently. To perform this operation, you will need a flat-head screwdriver and a new battery. Let's start by pushing the button on the side to lift the top of the remote control and remove the emergency key inside. Then, insert the screwdriver or the key itself inside the remote control to open it and remove the battery. Once the battery is removed, insert the new one and finish by closing the remote control and inserting the key inside.
