Front Headlamp Bulb Replacement and Headlamp Removal

Model: Chrysler Pt Cruiser MK 1 - Years 2000-2010

If possible, lift the vehicle on a hydraulic lift and remove the front wheel to facilitate disassembly.
Along the wheel arch, you will see a cap that must be removed to access the back of the headlamp.
Then, extract the bulb holder by turning it counter-clockwise and disconnect the connector attached to the bulb to replace it; reconnect the bulb holder with the new bulb in its place.
Proceed in the same manner for the indicator bulb (attached to the bulb holder with a bayonet system); finally, reapply the cap that was previously removed.
To remove the headlamp, it is necessary to disassemble the wheel arch liner (which consists of two pieces), unscrew the two fixing pins of the bumper to the wing, and then the headlamp fixing nuts; replace it with the new one, ensuring it is correctly seated. Reassemble everything in reverse order.
