Instructions for Replacing the Radiator Fan

Model: Chrysler 300m - Years 1998-2004
Part: Blower motor

To replace the radiator cooling fan, first remove the scuttle panel by taking out the various fixing pins and plastic clips securing the grille; once the grille is removed, disconnect the power connector for the fan motor and take off the plastic frame that supports the fans (the pins at the bottom are a bit tricky to reach); this will allow you to extract the fan assembly from behind the radiator after disconnecting the hose from the top of the radiator, which otherwise prevents removal.
