How to Remove the Front Headlamp of a Citroen Xsara

If you need to replace the front headlamp of this car model, you must first remove the front bumper as the headlamp mounting pins are located underneath the bumper. Start by removing the screws that secure the lower edge of the bumper, then those along the wheel arch. At this point, you can detach the edge of the bumper from the wing and pull it away enough to access the headlamp mounting pins located beneath the lower edge and on the grille support. Now you can pull the headlamp away from its housing and disconnect the power connector.
