How do you reset the automatic gearbox EAT6 of the Citroën C4?

It will be possible to reset the EAT6 automatic gearbox of the Citroën C4 by first turning on the instrument panel: once the panel has been turned on, you can hold down the accelerator pedal for about ten seconds. After this interval of time has passed, you can release the pedal and remove the ignition key from the ignition switch. The instrument panel should now be left off for about five minutes: when it is turned back on, you will notice that the automatic gearbox settings have been reset to their default settings.
