How to perform maintenance on Citroen Berlingo? This guide explains how to replace the exhausted battery: open the car door and pull up the engine compartment release lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard, then lift the bonnet (releasing the catch with your fingers), and secure it. Once the engine compartment is open, you will find the battery at the top right; remove the securing bolts of the battery terminals with a suitable socket wrench, then take it out of the engine compartment and replace it with a new one (same voltage). Close the engine cover after maintenance.
