How do you reset the Service light on the Citroën C4 Cactus?

The Service light shown on the instrument panel of the Citroën C4 Cactus can be reset completely by holding down the button located at the end of the lever to the left of the steering wheel, while the instrument panel is turned off. By continuing to hold down this button, you will need to insert the ignition key into the ignition switch and turn it on to activate the instrument panel: at this point a countdown will start on the display, at the end of which the Service light will be reset. Then you can release the button and turn off the instrument panel: to verify that the reset has occurred, simply activate the instrument panel again.
