The energy saving mode is activated in Citroen cars, such as the Citroen C4 Grand Picasso shown in the attached video, in order to preserve the not excellent charge of the car's partially discharged power supply battery. This can be recognized, for example, by the inability to turn on the car radio, air conditioning, etc., all less important utilities.

For a quick deactivation of this mode, the advice is to open the hood and try to disconnect the negative pole of the battery, wait a few seconds, reconnect it and turn on the instrument panel.
