The Eco mode of the Citroen C4 Picasso and many other vehicles, designed to reduce harmful emissions, can be disabled if desired. To do this, turn on the instrument cluster and note that the mentioned mode is active, then turn off the ignition and go to the engine bay, where you will disconnect the negative terminal of the power battery for about one minute.

After this time, reconnect the cable, get back in the car, wait sixty seconds, and turn on the instrument cluster. This will deactivate the specified mode.
