How to activate and deactivate the automatic door locking feature in the Citroen Berlingo.

On your Citroen Berlingo, the automatic door locking is managed from the door lock button on the console. Turn the ignition to ON without starting the engine and ensure that the doors are properly closed. Locate the button with the lock symbol near the central controls and hold it down for a few seconds: the setting will toggle between active and inactive, and the vehicle will confirm the operation with a notification on the display and/or an audible alert depending on the configuration. To return to the previous setting, repeat the same prolonged press. After making the change, check the behavior with a brief test in a safe area: when the function is active, the doors generally lock automatically while driving, whereas when it is inactive, they remain as manually set.
