How do you open the bonnet of a Citroen C4? Start by pulling the lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard, then lift the bonnet slightly and release it with the lever. Once the engine bonnet is released, lift it upwards and secure it with the prop rod. To close the bonnet, remove the prop rod and let the bonnet drop down from a minimal height. Carry out maintenance on the car after lifting the bonnet (inside the engine compartment). Close the engine compartment after completing the maintenance of fluids and filters.
