In order to replace the gear knob on the Citroà «n C4, you need to unhook the retaining clips that lock the leather boot to the base of the center console. By removing the clips, it will be possible to lift the cap and remove the internal fixing ring that fixes it to the knob. This will then need to be turned counterclockwise and removed along with the associated headset. Once the cap and knob have been removed, it will be possible to insert the new spare parts. The new knob will have to be screwed, inserting the fixing ring at its base and the cap will have to be wedged inside its housing.
