MK 1
- Years 2005-2014 After having carefully cleaned the seat of the gasket both on the cylinder head side and under the cover, insert the new gasket in its seat located just under the tappet cover, taking care to make it adhere correctly along the entire edge; in this case there is no need to apply sealant mastic. Then place the cover on the cylinder head and fix the three fixing pins using new washers and the torque wrench to lock them. Start the engine until it reaches the operating temperature and make sure that there are no oil leaks from under the cover.

Frequently Asked QuestionsHow to reset the TPMS light of the Volkswagen Polo 2011The orange tire light indicates the presence of one or more tires with an inflation pressure below the recommended limit. All this is easily solved by inflating them correctly or replacing them in the event of a puncture. After carrying out these operations it is necessary to reset the warning light and therefore also the sensor in order to have new reading data. All you have to do is start the car ignition and then fully open the glove compartment on the passenger side. Locate the two buttons in the right corner and press "Set".
