How to change the engine oil of the Citroen C1

On the Citroën C1 1.0, the oil change with filter replacement is performed with the engine cold and the vehicle secured. The car is lifted at the appropriate points, and any lower shield is removed. A collection container is placed under the oil pan, the drain plug is unscrewed, and the oil is allowed to drain out. The oil filter is removed as shown, cleaning the seating area and checking the O-ring of the new element; before reassembly, the gasket is lubricated with a drop of new oil. The oil pan plug is tightened with the specified washer, and the correct amount of oil is filled through the filler neck. The engine is started for a few seconds to fill the filter, then the oil level is checked and topped up if necessary. Finally, any leaks are checked for, the removed covers are reinstalled, and if required, the service warning is reset following the shown sequence.
