Resetting Service Light on Citroen C1

When the spanner symbol flashes on the display, it means it's time for a service, either because the scheduled mileage has been reached (12,500 miles) or because the time limit has been reached (12 months). After performing a regular service by changing the engine oil and filters, the service reset procedure is done manually, without diagnostic tools. Sit in the driver's seat and close the doors, with the ignition off, press and hold the trip reset button. While holding the button, turn on the ignition and wait 10 seconds before releasing the button and turning off the ignition.
