In this video, see where the fuse boxes are located on the Citroen Xsara: the first is inside the passenger compartment, on the lower left side of the dashboard, behind a protective cover. In this box, you will find fuse #23, which is for the cigarette lighter/power socket, rated at 20 Amperes.

Above the pedals, to the right of the fuse box (still in the passenger compartment), there is also a relay box. Finally, you will find another fuse box in the engine compartment, specifically located between the starter battery and the right side of the bodywork (when looking at the vehicle from the front).
