In this guide, learn how to reset the service light on the Dodge Journey (or its twin, the Fiat Freemont) after performing an oil change and it's time to reset the light so it doesn’t illuminate again. First, turn on the ignition without starting the engine, then press the accelerator pedal fully three times. Next, turn off the ignition and wait a moment before turning it back on. When you do, the engine oil light will be off and will not bother you again until the next service. Check the owner's manual for the next service interval.
