To manually reset the oil light on your 2016 Dodge Journey, follow this simple procedure. First, enter the cabin and turn on the instrument cluster in diagnostic mode by pressing the start button twice in quick succession.

Then, press the accelerator pedal three times in quick succession (within about 10 seconds) and wait for the confirmation of the oil light reset on the instrument cluster. At this point, turn off the cluster, and the procedure is correctly completed.
