The Fiat 500X has an electronic key detection system that prevents the car from starting and moving if you do not have the key or if the key's battery is flat. Therefore, when you find yourself in one of these situations, you can resolve the issue with a simple trick.

Take the key with the non-functioning battery and place it (with the rounded part) on the ignition. The dashboard will automatically light up, and by simultaneously pressing the clutch, the engine will start, allowing you to drive normally.
