When the time comes to service our Fiat 500, we will be notified by the service light on the instrument panel, a reminder that lights up at the scheduled mileage or elapsed time. We need to replace the engine oil, oil filter, and possibly carry out other work if required by the manufacturer.

In addition, we need to reset the aforementioned light by doing the following: Turn on the instrument panel, press the accelerator pedal and simultaneously press the brake pedal seven times, hold it down for sixty seconds, then release both pedals and turn off the instrument panel.
