How to Remove the Diesel Filter on Fiat 500

Learn how to remove and replace the diesel filter on a Fiat 500. Open the car door and pull up the engine compartment release lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard, lift the front bonnet and secure it. Using a socket spanner, unscrew the securing bolts of the diesel filter container (disconnect the fuel and circulation connectors). Remove the diesel filter holder: take out the worn filter and replace it with a new one, ensuring it fits snugly in the holder. Refit the diesel filter container (connect the hoses and cables) and tighten the screws. Close the front bonnet after maintenance.
