Replacing the Diesel Filter on a Fiat 500

Removing the diesel filter from a Fiat 500. Here’s how to replace it. Pull up the engine compartment release lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard, lift the front bonnet, and secure it. Using a screwdriver, unscrew the securing screws on the plate that holds the filter container (disconnect the cables and various hoses from the filter) where it is located. Extract the diesel filter and replace it with a new one. Finally, reassemble the diesel filter container (connect hoses and cables) and tighten the screws. Close the front bonnet after assembly.
