Replacing Spark Plugs on Fiat Punto

Let’s replace the spark plugs on your Fiat Punto. Pull the engine compartment release lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard and lift the front bonnet, securing it. Remove the engine soundproofing panel.

Use a socket wrench to unscrew the securing pins of the coils, grasp it by hand and twist it out until it is removed from the cylinder head. Unscrew the spark plugs with a socket wrench (remove them from the cylinder head).

Take the new spark plug and insert it into the cylinder head using the socket wrench. Finally, refit the plastic cylinder head cover panel.
