- Years 2003-2012 In order to replace the timing belt of the Fiat Panda 1.2 LPG you have to lift the car via a bridge and remove the right front wheel, with its wheel arch. Once these parts have been removed, you can go and detach the water pump and loosen the idler roller. Subsequently, it will be necessary to access from the side of the engine compartment, by removing the side cover of the engine block. In this way it will also be possible to loosen the other pulleys by taking the belt out of its housing; this will need to be replaced with a new spare part and all removed parts can be reinstalled.
