How to remove the starter motor of the Fiat Punto?

To replace / repair the starter motor, it is necessary to remove the battery and the left front wheel. The motor is in fact located on the left side of the engine, lift the car and work from underneath by accessing the engine compartment through the left mudguard, then locate the fixing bolts of the motor to the engine and start disassembling them, then disconnect the terminals and wiring and at this point it will be possible to extract the motor itself from under the engine. At this point take the new motor and proceed with the assembly after which obviously reassemble all the components previously disassembled.
