How to Reset the Oil Warning Light on a Fiat MultiJet Engine

Here’s how to reset the oil warning light on a Fiat MultiJet engine, whether it’s 1.3, 1.6, or 1.9, the process is the same. Naturally, before performing this operation, ensure that all required services have been completed. With all the vehicle doors closed, turn on the ignition without starting the engine; press the accelerator pedal all the way down. Without releasing it, press the brake pedal seven times. After this, continue to hold the accelerator pedal for another sixty seconds without turning off the ignition, after which turn off the ignition and wait another sixty seconds. Turn the ignition back on. The light may flash a couple of times before turning off and will only come back on at the next service interval.
