In this tutorial, we will see how to remove both the air conditioning fan and radiator in a Fiat 500, a very simple operation. First, sit in the passenger seat, then remove both the glove compartment and the lower dashboard panel.

Next, locate the cabin fan, unscrew the three fixing bolts with a 5.5 mm spanner, and extract it from its housing. Continue by removing the lower cover of the centre tunnel, disconnect the two radiator pipes, and remove the radiator.

To install the new parts, simply follow the reverse procedure.
