How to deactivate the passenger side airbag on the Fiat 500

If you need to install a child seat in the front passenger seat, it is absolutely necessary and mandatory to deactivate the passenger side airbag. In the description below, you will find instructions on how to deactivate it, and you can also refer to the images in the video. After sitting in the driver's seat, turn on the ignition and press the menu button located on the right side of the dashboard to select the onboard computer options until you reach passenger airbag. Press the menu button again, and the deactivation indicator will start flashing; then press the + button to select the off option and confirm with menu. This way, the airbag deactivation light will illuminate on the dashboard.
