Fiat Ducato - Video tutorial
Model: Fiat Ducato
MK 2
- Years 1993-2016 In this video tutorial, we can see how it is possible to replace the pollen filter in a Fiat Ducato 230 by following a few simple steps: the pollen filter can be found under the front windshield. Get inside the car, turn off the engine, and engage the handbrake; lift the hood and secure it with a proper rod. Unscrew the fastening elements of the grille under the windshield using an Allen key. Remove the caps covering the windshield wiper bolts and then unscrew the wipers. When lifting the wipers, always hold the anchor point as it may slide. Remove the wipers from their housing. After removing the wipers, we also need to remove the lower screws with a Phillips screwdriver. Now you can remove the grille and, if necessary, remove the water and windshield washer tubes. Remove the old filter from its housing and insert the new filtering element in the correct direction; reassemble all the parts in reverse order.

Frequently Asked QuestionsFiat Ducato 2.8 JTD gearbox oil replacementLet's see in this guide the main steps to be able to change the transmission oil of the second series Fiat Ducato, with 2.8 JTD engine. First of all we lift the car and go to locate the gear oil vent bolt, which we find near the transmission; we use a hex wrench to unscrew it, letting it drain the old oil in a container for about ten minutes.
