How to Replace the Clutch on a Ford Focus

Watch this video to learn how to replace the clutch on a Ford Focus. Disconnect the battery terminals to protect the car's components. First, lift the vehicle on a column lift to the desired height, then remove the plastic panel covering the engine (if present at the bottom) using the appropriate pins. Remove the front wheels for better access, then undo the hub bolts with a socket spanner and take them out. Drain the oil from the gearbox and keep it for reuse. Locate the gear lever; there are two pins underneath that hold the clutch under tension. Remove all clutch components. Prepare to fit the new clutch disc with the accompanying parts. Proceed with the reverse assembly of the operations.
