How do you replace the timing chain of the Ford S-Max?

To replace the timing chain installed on the Ford S-Max, you need to open the hood and loosen the screws that secure the front right wheel: once the corresponding wheel arch is also removed, you can locate the chain tensioner that needs to be removed from its seat in order to reduce the tension of the chain.
