Today's guide will show us instructions on how to disassemble and replace the timing belt of the Ford S-Max 2.0 TDCI. First of all we raise the car and start disassembling the front right wheel, then removing the wheel arch; we disconnect the service belt and remove the crankshaft pulley, unscrewing the timing cover screws to access it, as shown in the video. Now let's open the bonnet and remove the diesel filter and the engine support, using a socket wrench; let's take the necessary references to remove and replace the timing belt, following the steps indicated in the video!
