In this video, we will see how to change the EGR valve on a Ford Focus MK2: we open the hood and lift the engine cover; the EGR valve is located right behind the engine block. We will clean it with a specific spray, and then dry it with compressed air. We remove the hose clamp and then unscrew the fixing elements of the valve, which we can now lift out of its housing. We can find the new valve, for example, on Amazon with the code B0C5RQSVPY at a price of 79.20 euros + 19.96 euros for delivery. Now all that remains is to reposition it in its place and secure it with bolts and the clamp.
