How to replace the battery of the Ford Mondeo 5 key

If you own a Ford Mondeo Mk5 and want to replace the key battery yourself, all you have to do is follow the steps described in the following guide. First of all, make sure to purchase a new CR2032 button battery, then remove the back cover of the key and use a small flat screwdriver to also remove the front part of the cover. Next, locate the exhausted battery and remove it so you can insert the new battery. Finally, reassemble the cover correctly and you're done.
