How do you reset the Service light on the Ford C-Max?

Model: Ford C Max MK 1 - Years 2003-2010

It will be possible to reset the Service light that is shown on the instrument panel of the Ford C-Max by simultaneously holding down the brake and accelerator pedals, while both the engine and instrument panel are deactivated. By continuing to hold down the pedals, you will be able to insert the ignition key into the corresponding slot and turn it to turn on the instrument panel; once it is turned on, you will notice a message indicating that the reset of the light is in progress. When the confirmation message appears, you can release the pedals and turn off the instrument panel.
