How to change the fuel pump on a Ford Fiesta? First, disconnect the battery cables, then remove the rear seat cushions (as shown in the video). Use a socket to unscrew the metal cap's securing screws (if present), remove it from its housing, and cover the perimeter with absorbent paper to catch any fluid leaks. Unscrew the fuel pump's securing clamp, disconnect the power connectors and the fuel return hoses. Extract the fuel pump assembly from the tank along with the attached components. Install a new unit.
