In this tutorial, you will see how to replace the headlight bulbs on a Ford Transit Custom van, a task that is extremely simple and quick. First, ensure that the key is not inserted, then open the bonnet. Locate the two screws securing the headlamp you will be working on and remove them using a Torx T30 spanner. Next, grasp the headlamp, detach it from the bodywork, and open the large circular cap at the back. At this point, simply disconnect the connector, unclip the metal clip, and extract the old bulb. To fit the replacement and reassemble everything, just follow the reverse procedure.
