Let's see where the battery is located on a Ford Transit 250 (2016 model). It is positioned under the driver's seat, hidden under a specific cover. To access it, move the driver's seat fully forward to create space for comfortable working. Under the seat, you will find the protective cover: unscrew the central nut (it is not necessary to remove it completely). To remove the battery, first disconnect the negative terminal (black) and then the positive terminal (red), and remove the securing brackets. Reverse the process to fit the new battery; but first, clean any corrosion with a brush and tighten the connections, ensuring they are secure.
