It is recommended to lift the vehicle on a ramp or suitable car stands. Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery, remove the auxiliary belt by loosening the tensioner, and take off the plastic covers around the alternator.

Remove the protective caps from the eyelets and disconnect the cables attached to it; unscrew the alternator mounting bolts and remove it from its location. You can replace the old alternator with a new or refurbished one: first, check the compatibility (mounting position, cables, and amperage) and proceed with the installation.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat.
