Alternator Replacement Instructions

The alternator is located at the front left (when facing the engine), just above the air conditioning compressor; to remove it easily, it is suggested to remove the fan assembly first. First, unclip the auxiliary drive belt by loosening the appropriate tensioner, and proceed with unscrewing the fixing pins and the cables connected to it. Once these operations are completed, try to extract the alternator from below and then proceed with installing the new one. In this regard, it is also advisable to consider installing a refurbished alternator.

How to reset the tyre pressure warning light on the Suzuki Jimny?

To reset the tyre pressure warning light on the Suzuki Jimny, first inflate the tyres to the pressure value indicated on the corresponding sticker: this is located at the bottom of the driver's door pillar. Once the tyres are inflated, insert the ignition key and turn on the instrument panel: select the screen that indicates the tyre pressures, checking that the values change. After a few seconds, the tyre pressure warning light will automatically turn off.
