Replacing the EGR Valve on a Ford Fusion

In this video tutorial, you will learn how to remove and replace the EGR valve on a Ford Fusion. First, open the engine bonnet and disconnect the intake hose from the car, also disconnecting the electrical connector. Next, remove the air filter box by unscrewing its screws. At this point, detach the electrical connector from the valve and remove the EGR valve by unscrewing the fastening screws. Replace it with a new one, or if possible, clean it with a suitable EGR valve cleaner available on the market.
