Replacing the Central Locking Module on a Ford Fiesta

Model: Ford Fiesta Fiesta 5, MK 5, MK V - Years 2002-2008
Part: Control unit

The control unit needs to be removed and is located approximately under the steering wheel, to your left, where the designated compartment is. Before starting, disconnect the battery. Remove the indicated compartment, noting that the control unit is secured by only two cross screws. Before proceeding with the replacement of the control unit, open all doors and the boot. Unscrew the two screws of the control unit and remove the main panel (it has five screws) as shown in the video, to work with more space. Disconnect the cables from the control unit and remove it. Refit the new control unit by reversing the procedure.
