Replacing Front Headlight Bulbs on a Ford Mondeo

Model: Ford Mondeo / Fusion MK 2 - Years 2000-2007

Lift the bonnet and prop it open. Disconnect the battery. Remove the front bumper by unscrewing the small plastic pins, as shown in the video. Once removed, slide out the plastic rods located at the bottom of the headlight, near the screws. At this point, you can extract the headlight, disconnecting the connector by pressing the small lever. Place it on a workbench for convenience, and open the headlight by pressing on the two side clips. Once the lower cover is removed, simply unscrew the old bulb and screw in the new one. Reassemble the headlight by reversing the steps.
