In today's video, you will see how to remove and replace the diesel injectors on the second series Ford Mondeo with a 2.0 TDCI engine. First, open the bonnet of your vehicle and start by removing the upper engine cover; then disconnect the four electrical connectors of the injectors, followed by unscrewing the nuts of the fuel feed pipes.

At this point, remove the clips from the injectors and the caps found at the base, as shown in the video; now you can remove and replace the injectors using a 21 mm socket spanner!
